I build robust, full-stack web applications for businesses that demand reliability.
I'm Shoaib Khan, a full-stack developer specializing in React, PHP, and MySQL. From complex database architectures to highly optimized digital storefronts, I build end-to-end systems that scale without breaking.
Developer by trade. Problem solver by nature.
I got into software engineering because I like building systems that actually work in the real world. I am currently completing my Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering, focusing heavily on full-stack architecture, relational databases, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
What sets me apart from other developers my age? Operational discipline. Alongside my tech stack, I hold a leadership role managing daily campus operations at a large institution. This means I know how to manage teams, handle strict deadlines, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and take absolute ownership of a project.
When you hire me, you aren't just getting someone who writes code. You are getting a contractor who understands timelines, business logic, and how to deliver a polished product from start to finish.
What I build with.
No invented categories, no padded list — this is what's actually in rotation on real projects.
Three systems, three different problems.
All of them had to work on day one — there's no staging environment for a campus that needs to take attendance every morning.
Automated Institutional Attendance System
Built an attendance system designed to close the loopholes informal methods leave open across a multi-campus institution. The work started before any code — mapping how students, staff, and administrators actually move through a day, then translating that into a relational database structure and a full product requirements document the stakeholders could sign off on before a single screen was built. The result: a system that's hard to game and easy for non-technical staff to run.
Global E-Commerce Digital Storefront
Owned this one end-to-end — not just the storefront's front-end architecture, but the unglamorous details that actually move digital products: getting product mockups to the exact aspect ratios each marketplace expects, and structuring product pages to visually stack value instead of just listing features. A reminder that the code is maybe half the job.
Premium Agency Onboarding System
Designed a complete client onboarding system for a branding and development agency — eight interlocking documents, from executive summaries to service agreements, built so a new client could go from "interested" to "fully briefed" without a single confusing handoff. The hard part wasn't writing the documents; it was architecting how they reference each other so nothing contradicts.
Tell me what you're building.
If it's a fit, I'll say so — and if it's not, I'll tell you that too, plus who might be a better fit. Either way, you'll hear from me within a day.
